Cons of the iPhone

Here's my personal opinions of the downfalls of the new iPhone.

1. Looks kinda wide for a phone.

2. $600 even after a 2-year contract? This is very expensive for a cellphone that can easily be lost or stolen.

3. 8 GB with no expansion slots? That won't be able to replace iPods which have 20+ GBs of songs or videos.

3. It's a Cingular exclusive phone for the US. There will probably be some hacks to get it other carriers but it'll probably cost like $700+ for an unlocked phone without a contract.

4. No replaceable battery. The built in battery will eventually lose its efficiency after enough charges just like every other battery.

5. It doesn't have support for 3G.

6. The phone will only have whatever software Apple allows you to put on. It'll be limited like iPods most likely.

7. Touch screen might not be such a good idea for phones. Hopefully Apple will make sure the screen doesn't get all scratched up and the screen doesn't crack easily.
